Today we visited the High School to view some of the Diploma Programme Visual Art students' light-inspired installations. We loved our visit to "the other ISS" and enjoyed meeting some new friends. The DP students asked us what we already know about light and then showed us their beautiful work. We loved it! It also helped us to consolidate and extend some of our existing knowledge about how light works. |
Charles: I liked the glow stick glass.
Jay: I liked the light suitcase because it could light up.
Eddie: The part when we got to see the red fairy lights was good and it looked like the middle was black when they all went on, the claywork.
Mayu: I liked blue light because it's light.
Rui: I liked when the eye went on the table because it looked like a real eye. I thought it was a real eye that they used so first I was scared but now I know it's not real so I'm not scared.
Gracie: I liked the rainbow ball because it had a lot of colour. It was colourful.
